In Dormefy’s Shared Living mode, both members and managers can review and filter expenses, gaining insights into where the money is going. Members have the option to request adding Meal Costs or Round Costs, while managers can add these costs directly through the Expenses section in the left sidebar. This ensures that all expenses are accounted for.

  1. From the left sidebar, navigate to the Expenses option.
  2. In the Expenses List page, locate the “Filter by Type” field at the top of the page.
  3. Select the type of expense you wish to view, such as Meal Cost or Round Cost.
  4. You can also set a date filter to specify a period like the last 7 days or last month.
  5. Once applied, the expenses list will display only the filtered results, making it easier to track and analyze costs.
