This feature also provides flexibility for managing dorms in various locations, each with its own customized settings.

How to Create a Dorm: #

Step-by-Step Setup: #

1. Sign Up on Dormefy:
   Visit Dormefy.com and click Create in the top-right corner, or sign up via the mobile app. Enter the necessary information and verify your email.
2. Pick a Subscription Plan:
   Choose a subscription plan that suits your needs. Dormefy offers a free package to get started, and additional features come with premium plans.
3. Create Your Dorm:
   After subscribing, Dormefy will direct you to the Create Dorm page. Fill in the dorm name, address, contact details, timezone, currency, and any other settings you want to configure.
4. Configure Meal Settings:
   Enable meals such as breakfast, lunch, or dinner based on your dorm’s needs. Set up dynamic meal counters with default counts and configure the Time-Based Meal On/Off settings.
5. Complete Dorm Creation:
   Click Create Dormitory to finalize your dorm setup. You now have full control of your dorm and can begin inviting members, managing meals, and tracking residents.

How to Create Multiple Dorms: #

1. Log in to Dormefy:
   From your dashboard, navigate to Dormitory > Dorm List.
2. Create a New Dorm:
   Click Create Dorm and fill out the necessary information, just as you did when creating the first dorm.
3. Configure the Settings:
   Set up your new dorm’s settings, including meal plans, seat management, and more.
4. Save the Dorm:
   Click Create Dormitory to complete the process. Your second dorm is now ready for management.

How to Switch Between Dorms: #

1. Navigate to Dorm List:
   From your dashboard, go to Dormitory > Dorm List.
2. Switch Dorm:
   Use the toggle button in the Switch Dorm column to select the dorm you want to manage. You will instantly be switched to that dorm’s management interface.
