Access Dormefy using the web or Android app. - Ensure Role Creation:
Navigate to Tools > Manage Roles and verify that the role you wish to assign has already been created. If the role doesn’t exist, create it manually first, as you cannot assign roles that haven’t been set up. - Access Members List:
On the left sidebar, click Members to see all active or inactive members. - Edit Member Profile:
Find the member you want to assign a role to and click the edit icon in their row. - Assign Role:
In the member’s profile, select Membership Type as Member & Controller. The Roles field will appear. Choose the specific role you want to assign to this member. - Update the Member:
Click Update Member. The member will immediately gain access to the features assigned to their role. You can assign the same role to multiple members or different roles to different members as needed. - Check Role Status:
After assigning a role, you can view the role status in the Role Active column on the Member List page. If the role is successfully applied, the status will show “Yes.”

After removing the role, check the Role Active column in the Member List page. The status should no longer show “Yes,” indicating the role has been successfully removed.
