Dormefy’s Shopper Schedules feature helps distribute shopping responsibilities equally among members by allowing managers to create upcoming shopping schedules. Each schedule includes specific members assigned to specific dates, ensuring everyone is prepared for their duties.

How the Feature Works: #

Dormefy’s Shopper Schedules feature enables dorm managers to pre-plan shopping duties and assign them to members on specific dates. This ensures that shopping responsibilities are evenly distributed, allowing members to stay informed and prepared for their assigned shopping days. Each schedule includes detailed shopping notes to help members understand their tasks.

How to Create a Shopper Schedule (As a Manager): #

1. In the Dormefy Admin Dashboard, go to the Schedule option in the left sidebar.
2. Click the Create Schedule button.
3. Enter the Shopping Title and select the schedule date.
4. Assign the members responsible for the shopping duties.
5. Add a detailed shopping note with any specific instructions.
6. Click Create Schedule to finalize the plan. The shopping schedule will now appear in the schedule list for all members and managers to view.

How to View the Shopping Schedule (As a Member or Manager): #

1. From the left sidebar, select the Schedule option.
2. You’ll see the full list of upcoming shopping schedules, including assigned members, dates, and detailed shopping notes.

This gives all members full visibility of upcoming duties, allowing them to prepare for their assigned dates and times.
