How to View and Download Reports #

For Members: #

• Access Reports: Members can log in to Dormefy and click “Reports” from the left sidebar to see a list of all closed quarters. Each quarter will have an eye view icon for detailed reports.
• View Report Details: By clicking the eye view icon next to a specific quarter, members can see detailed breakdowns of their total meals, total costs, individual round costs, available balance, due balance, and date-wise meal details for that quarter.
• Download Reports: From the detailed report page, members can easily download the full report by clicking the download icon. This allows them to keep the report for future use or reference.

For Managers: #

• Access Reports: Dorm managers can also click “Quarter Reports” from the left sidebar to access a list of closed quarters. From this list, they can get an overview of the quarter’s expenses and meals.
• View Member and Dorm Reports: Managers can click the eye view icon to see detailed reports for each member, including total meals, total costs, round costs, available balance, and due balance.
