The Publish Your Dorm feature enables dorm owners to make their dorm and available seats visible online, allowing potential residents to browse and book seats based on their preferences. By enabling this option, dorm managers can reduce the time and effort spent manually advertising their dorm and finding residents. Once published, the dorm will appear in the Dormefy Public Dorm & Seat Directory, making it accessible to residents from various locations.

How to Publish Your Dorm Online: #
Step-by-Step Setup: #
- Log in to Dormefy:
Access Dormefy using the web or Android app. - Navigate to Dorm List:
From the left sidebar, click Dormitory > Dorm List. - Edit the Dorm Settings:
Find the dorm you want to publish from the list and click the edit icon next to it. - Enable Online Booking:
Scroll down to the Online Seat Booking & Show Dorm Publicly field. Select Yes to enable online booking for your dorm. - Save the Settings:
Click the Update button. Your dorm is now visible in the Dormefy Public Dorm & Seat Directory, and residents can find and book seats online.

Before publishing your dorm online, make sure you have created seats based on your dorm’s real-world capacity.
Can I unpublish my dorm if needed? #
Yes, you can unpublish your dorm anytime by switching the Online Seat Booking option to No in the dorm settings.
