Dorm managers can create a single comprehensive post or divide the rules into sections, giving them flexibility to organize the content. Once published, the rules are automatically displayed in the member’s dashboard, allowing them to easily view and acknowledge the dorm’s terms.

How to Create and Add Rules for Your Dorm: #

Step-by-Step Setup: #

1. Log in to Dormefy:
   Access Dormefy using the web or Android app.
2. Navigate to Terms & Conditions:
   On the left sidebar, click Tools > Terms & C.
3. Create a New Rule:
   In the Terms & C section, click the Create Rule button. Enter a title for the rule, either as a single rule or a combined set of rules in one post.
4. Add Rule Details:
   Write down the dorm rules in the description box. Select Active in the status field.
5. Publish the Rule:
   Click the Create Rule button. The rule will instantly be available to all members under the Terms & C section of their dashboard.

How Members Can View the Terms & Conditions: #

1. Log in to Dormefy:
   Use the Dormefy web or Android app.
2. Access Terms & Conditions:
   From the left sidebar, click Terms & C. Here, you will see all the rules and terms for staying in the dorm.
