How to View & Edit Meals as a Member: #

As a member, you can easily manage your meals from your dashboard. Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard to see your total meal consumption displayed in the Total Meal Card.
  2. Scroll down to the Meal Counter section. Here, you can view your entire meal history for the quarter or month, listed by date.
  3. Review your upcoming meals, and if needed, you can adjust the meal count by clicking the edit icon for any future meals on specific dates. This allows you to better manage your meal preferences and avoid unnecessary orders.

By offering the ability to view and edit meals, Dormefy empowers you to stay on top of your meal plan and make necessary adjustments with ease.

Managers have a streamlined way to manage meals for the entire dormitory. Here’s how:

  1. Click on Meal Counter from the dashboard to see a comprehensive list of meals for every member in the dormitory.
  2. In the Meal Column, you can view all the meals at a glance.
  3. To edit a member’s meal, click the Eye View Icon in the Action Column of that member’s row.
  4. This will open the member’s detailed meal page, where you can update their meal count by date. You can adjust meal amounts for the entire quarter or month by clicking the edit icon, depending on the need.

By using this feature, dormitory managers can ensure that meals are planned accurately and food waste is minimized, making the management process much more efficient.

Can a member edit past meals? #

No, members can only edit upcoming meals to ensure accurate meal tracking and avoid discrepancies in meal records.

What happens if a manager updates a meal for a member? #

If a manager updates a member’s meal, it will immediately reflect in the member’s dashboard, ensuring both parties are aligned on the updated meal count.
