Important Notice: You cannot sell or transfer any Premium account to anyone. All Premium accounts are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.
2. Services Provided
Dormefy offers a range of features to simplify dormitory management, including but not limited to:
- Dorm Management: Manage dorm settings, rooms, seats, and allocations.
- Meal Management: Track meals, set meal counters, and manage meal costs.
- Public Seat Directory: Dorm managers can publicly display available dorm seats for online booking.
- Payment Requests: Users can make and receive seat rental payments through the platform.
- Member Management: Dorm managers can allocate seats, deactivate members, and set deposit balances.
3. User Accounts
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create a Dormefy account.
- Account Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Dormefy is not responsible for any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Payment Terms
- Rent & Meal Payments: Dormefy facilitates rent and meal payments between members and dorm managers. All payment transactions are processed securely.
- Fees: Dormefy may charge transaction fees or service fees for using certain features. You will be notified of any applicable fees before completing a transaction.
- Refunds: Dormefy is not responsible for managing refunds. Any disputes related to payments must be resolved between the member and the dorm manager.
5. User Responsibilities
By using Dormefy, you agree to:
- Compliance with Local Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your region regarding dormitory management and rental services.
- Accurate Information: Provide truthful and accurate information about dorm availability, seat bookings, and meal plans.
- Responsible Use: Use Dormefy responsibly without exploiting or abusing the system. This includes fair use of features like booking, payments, and dormitory management.
6. Dorm Manager and Admin Responsibilities
If you are a dorm manager or admin using Dormefy, you are responsible for:
- Managing Dorm Information: Accurately maintaining dorm settings, seat availability, meal plans, and room allocations.
- Payment Handling: Processing rent and meal payments efficiently and addressing any payment disputes with members directly.
- Deactivation of Members: Ensuring that a member’s deposit balance and meal counter are set to 0 before deactivating their account.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use Dormefy for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Post or transmit any harmful, abusive, or offensive content.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of Dormefy’s services or infrastructure.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with any dormitory or individual.
8. Public Listings and Booking
Dorm managers can make dorm seats available for public listing and booking. By doing so, you agree that:
- Public Information: Seat availability will be visible to the public, and bookings can be made by members or potential tenants.
- Booking Process: Dormefy will not be responsible for booking confirmations, disputes, or cancellations. These must be handled between dorm managers and tenants.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and designs on Dormefy are the intellectual property of Dormefy and are protected by applicable laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute Dormefy’s materials without prior written consent.
10. Termination of Service
Dormefy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, misuse the platform, or engage in any unlawful activity. Dormefy also reserves the right to terminate accounts due to inactivity or non-payment.
11. Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
12. Limitation of Liability
Dormefy is provided “as is” and without any warranties of any kind. Dormefy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. We are not responsible for any loss of data, system errors, or disputes between dorm managers and members.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of Dormefy after modifications constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
